Yesterday Prime minister Nawaz Sharif appeared before Joint investigation team (JIT) that was made by Supreme Court of Pakistan to investigate about Panama corruption. The ongoing Panama case is, no doubt, focus of public attention these days. People on social media have kept on discussing about the developments of the case. The social media groups of political parties and different groups bash each other on Panama case. Like before, PMLN social media team started doing propaganda against military.
This present government has failed to run the administration and bring in country to the right dimension. People want health, education and basic necessities of life however Government has failed to provide these facilities to people because of inflation and corruption.
The face of the ruling party is dirty now because of their corruption…people now know about their corruption. The budget seems to be ambiguous. The public administration has failed to deliver. Instead of investing in education and health, government is focusing on metro bus projects and roads. The electricity crisis has increased especially in Karachi where load-shedding has taken away worth of city of lights.
Now JIT has called upon Shahbaz Sharif for the investigation. Lets see what propaganda PMLN will do now. One thing has become obvious that accountability of higher authorities is now done in Pakistan which is positive message for youth.
Instead of gaining sympathies from people, PMLN should focus on actually working for people..the focus should be the need of people not what Sharif brothers need.
Attempts to make JIT controversial have been on boom since SC announced the JIT. Many prominent names like Hussain Nawaz, Nehal Hashmi questioned the credibility of JIT. Hussain Nawaz’s leaked picture seemed like another stunt to prove innocent in front of the masses. All for nothing.
This Thursday PM will be appearing before JIT. Panama JIT has summoned Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to appear on 15th June 2017. Many political analysts are viewing JIT in positive light and its high time Nawaz Sharif would be made answerable for all the corruption he did. When we look back at the series of events, we see that all the Prime Minister’s involved in controversies resigned once their name was pulled in the mud. The PM of Iceland is the biggest example here. When his name appeared in Panama papers, the next decision he took was to resign from his post.
If we look into performance of Nawaz Sharif as Prime Minister and PMLN as ruling party, we see a lot of weaknesses. They have taken so much loans from foreign banks. Loans on Pakistan have increased in last 3 years and there is no betterment in Pakistan’s economy.
Now, PMLN will start campaign on social media to get sympathies for Prime minister. Instead of gaining sympathies from people, if PM would had worked for Pakistan with sincerity, this situation would not had come on PM and PMLN.
Son of PM Nawaz Sharif, Hussain Nawaz appeared before JIT and raised objections on two members of JIT. None of these members are from ISI or MI so there won’t be any impact on image of Pakistan Army nor intelligence agencies.
Hussain Nawaz picture is leaked in social media. JIT called on Hussain Nawaz for inquiry. To make JIT controversial, PMLN has intentionally propagated the photo of Hussain Nawaz inquiry’s infront of Joint Investigation Team to catch public sympathy.
The purpose of propagating this picture is to show that JIT is biased and leaking the pictures whereas it’s not JIT behind the leak.
PMLN wants to secure a position to build the political case against JIT if the findings are against PMLN. This drama can make the investigation controversial and it is another leak episode to malign JIT.
Most of the journalist’s view regarding JIT is positive given that it means to expose the corruption of NS and many of them defended the leaked photo of Hussain Nawaz too saying that it’s a tactics by government to malign army. Very few of them, however, raised speculations regarding JIT. Some demanded to find the source of the leak of the Hussain Nawaz photo but overall media persons are raising questions against PMLN.
The possible options of JIT decision can be:
If the decision is against PMLN, the corruption of Sharif family will be proved and Prime Minister will have to resign from his post.
If the decision is in favour of PMLN, Prime minister will stay in his position with power.
In case of give and take decision, Prime minister will stay in his position but he won’t have powers to take any decision and he won’t be able to attend parliamentary session.
The probability of option ‘c’ is high. Give and take policy will be followed.
The ongoing Panama case is focus of public attention these days. People on social media keep on discussing about the developments of the case. The social media groups of political parties bash each other on Panama case especially PTI and PMLN.
Recently, JIT called on Hussain Nawaz for inquiry. To make JIT controversial, PMLN has intentionally propagated the photo of Hussain Nawaz inquiry’s infront of Joint Investigation Team to catch public sympathy.
When Hussain Nawaz went in for JIT investigation he was wearing white shalwar qameez but he was wearing black shalwar qameez in the viral photo spread by PMLN. It is the propaganda by PMLN as they are the only beneficiary of it. After public protests of PMLN workers and accusations on JIT, now leaked photo of an innocent looking Hussain is being grilled. Everyone know what is being achieved by all this.
The purpose of propagating this picture is to show that JIT is biased and leaking the pictures whereas it’s not JIT behind the leak. Moreover, PMLN wants to secure a position to build the political case against JIT if the findings are against PMLN. This drama can make the investigation controversial and it is another leak episode to malign JIT. Sharif family should stop this propaganda so that the decision would be fair and merit based.
The ongoing protests by PTI are proof of incompetency of Government and ruling party PMLN. Currently, almost all problems faced today by Pakistan are because of endemic corruption led by Pakistan’s prime minister Nawaz Sharif, unfortunately, and his family.
The central point of that corruption that is faced by this nation today is Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Either its panama leaks or it is Dawn’s Cyril Almeida false story, the queen of all is no other than corrupt’s beloved Panama Queen Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
All eyes were on Supreme court last day, let’s see how it is fair to the nation and how it will be justified in making elites accountable for corruption they did of tax payers money. Nawaz Sharif lawyer still asking time to submit answer on Panama case? Chief justice and bench asked “why are you playing delay tactics?”
Nawaz Sharif should know that today’s Pakistan is well informed, people are aware of their rights and they will not bear to be ruled by a monarch anymore. He has been fiddling around for so many years and now it is time to make him accountable for all the monetary assets he possesses
He should have let the peaceful protest to be continued instead of creating violence in federal capital, he is proving that he is guilty of corrupting the entire political system. This is a clear sign that PMLN is actually paving the way for a violent revolution.
Current Government is perfect example of worst kind of dictatorship. It is very unfortunate that Nawaz Sharif Government doesnot represent the people of Pakistan, but their own interests like they are doing in Panama leaks.
The brutality of Punjab police is obvious in recent protests. The way police used shells and tortured the protesters needs to be discouraged. These acts of government show that they are corrupt and don’t want to let their government fall.
Few days back, Turkey coup attempt was foiled by Turkish people. Turks refused military coup and stood by their elected President. 300 people lost their lives and more than 3000 people including soldiers, judges and others were arrested.
Turkey’s history is similar to Pakistan with respect to martial law. The martial laws in Pakistan were imposed because of the critical situation of the country. The incapacity of our politicians and their corruption has always disappointment people as a result of which they want army to take over. The development and governance during military rule is far better than civilian government. That’s why people keep chanting for martial law.
After failed military coup in Turkey, Imran Khan’s statement that Pakistanis will celebrate if military takes over is logical. The Government has failed to deliver basic necessities of life to people. Absence of PM from country for more than forty days, Panama leaks, corruption has lowered down the hopes of people.
The situation of Turkey and Pakistan is different. Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has done a lot of work for Turkey. Turkey was facing heavy loans when he took over but today Turkey has no international loans on it. The foreign policy of Turkey today is more versatile and friendly which has paved its way towards progress and development. That’s why people of Turkey came out on call of their President and 100 people gave their lives. However, the situation of Pakistan with respect to loans and basic necessities of life is becoming worse day by day. If there is martial law imposed in Pakistan, do you think any one will come out against it on call of PM Nawaz? Think…of course, NO.
The banners movement this month asking COAS to take over the country raised confusion among people. There was negative propaganda as soon as these posters were displayed all over the country. The propaganda was that army is behind this and few media houses spread this propaganda. It was officially clarified that Pakistan army or any affiliated organisation has nothing to do with banners having pictures of Raheel Sharif and urging him to impose martial law and take control of the country.
Pakistan army never wants to impose Martial Law in the country because today its first priority is removal of terrorism and its working with Government. Civil-military relations are going smoothly. Its better that our leaders would realize their responsibility and come upto the hopes of the people.
